What are the shipping costs and times?
Free shipping on orders over $70 NZD (estimate of 3-5 business day once dispatched)
A delivery charge of $9 NZD applies to all orders under $70 NZD (estimate of 3-5 business day once dispatched).
Rural delivery will incur at an additional charge. Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.
All orders that require a signature upon delivery will be an additional $1 per delivery.
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to ship goods within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. However, please expect potential delays during sale seasons and the Christmas period. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend and public holiday orders will be packed and dispatched on the next business day.
For orders with customization, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for processing.
