Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Weave&Co, we want you to love your towel! We ensure our product descriptions are detailed to help you make the best choice.

If you change your mind, we offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all labels, tags, and attachments intact. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned.

To initiate an exchange, simply email us at hello@weaveandco.co.nz, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Returning your faulty goods

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or if the customization on your item is incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos as proof, by emailing us at hello@weaveandco.co.nz. Our team will respond within 48 hours to assist with a resolution.

To ensure the integrity of our customer service, we kindly request that you record a video while unboxing your package. This video will serve as proof in the event that you receive a damaged product and need to claim a return or replacement.

If a refund is requested, we will issue a full refund once the item is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
